Brad Hales – In The Modern Room 2
100 Limousines is so very proud to present, Brad Hales, In The Modern Room 2. Nearly 3 years ago Brad gave me In The Modern Room 1 and it’s safe to say that it’s my favorite mix of the last 3 years and I’ve yet to stop playing it.
For those not familiar with Brad, he’s the proprietor of Detroit’s Peoples Records and one of the world’s finest collectors of soul music. In between the busy life of collector, store owner, and bass player for Human Eye, he also manages to be one of Michigan’s foremost soul DJs. You can catch him every first Friday of the month at The Blind Pig with Robert Wells for The Ann Arbor Soul Club. The party is an absolute smash and is not to be missed.
Brad has been a good friend for many years. His passion for music is a continued inspiration. Words can’t say how happy I am to host this mix.
Shout to Riri, Smoke Dog, Weems, Erma, Brian Jones, Zac, Anibal, Breck, Scott, and Detroit. Brad, I owe you more then some El Barzon for this one.

Your right Josh in the modern room vol 1 has been getting played in my house since i discovered it . Still searching out the tracks as well. Got a few although some would definately break the bank.

The Percy & them Shake it is a killer track not to indemand as of yet which hopefully means i’ll get one before it gets the play it deserves.
